LotR Gaming Music Samples

This Thursday, Oct. 9, the New York Times published an article discussing the evolving art form and technical marvel of game music, specifically highlighting the original thematic cycle of music created for Vivendi-Universal's Lord of the Rings games. VU's games include War of the Ring, The Hobbit and Middle-earth Online. I think it is noteworthy that the premier mainstream news publication in the nation ("It ain't news 'till it's in the New York Times...") has chosen to develop this story and print this article, and that the Lord of the Rings game themes are the centerpiece of the story."
