Playtest report on Nexus' War of the Ring boardgame

TORn Staffer Ostadan has sent in the following: An EXTENSIVE playtest report on a session with the forthcoming "War of the Ring" board wargame (Nexus Editrice/Sophisticated Games) has been posted by Marco Ferrandi, translated quite readably from Italian. This looks like it might turn out to be quite an interestingly balanced game, and does sound reminiscent in some ways of the old 1970s SPI "War of the Ring" hex-grid game.[More]
