DGMA: Setting a NEW Standard!

The DGMA - The Decipher Games Management Authority - has created a new format of play for the LotR TCG: STANDARD Format. Starting April 15th, 2003 - 15 cards will be placed on a restricted list - as they have been categorized as being too powerful and negatively impacting the overall game. [MORE]
